should submit this application for approval.

Example modifications include: Tree Removal, Exterior Repainting, Roofing, Porch Enclosures, Driveway/Sidewalk Modifications, Fencing, Addition of Pool/Hot Tub, Patio and Porch Modifications, Major Landscape Modifications, or Installation of Well, Satellite Dish, Water Fountain, Ornamental Statues, Propane Tank, Flag Pole, and/or Exterior Shutters.

• Proposed tree removals should be marked with ribbon or other easily identifiable marking. •
• Please attach location drawings, material colors, renderings or any additional visuals. •
