We provide specialized, professional association management services at affordable costs regardless of community size. We do not engage in real estate sales or individual property management. Such specialization enables us (1) to provide knowledgeable personnel to each community, regardless of size, (2) to employ industry-specific software to provide comprehensive service and follow through and (3) to implement industry best practices.
Mary Bryan Fields, principal, is a member of the Community Associations Institute and holds the CMCA (Certified Manager Community Associations) and the AMS (Accredited Management Specialist) Designations.
Education is a priority for Association Management LLC. We offer annual workshops for Boards of Directors and general association memberships, so that both leadership and membership are confident in their duties, obligations, and expectations.
